Stratos partnered with GE Healthcare and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The goal was to generate opportunities for improvements and innovations for women during screening, diagnostics or treatment for breast cancer— specifically the experience before, during and after a visit to the hospital. We focused on uncovering opportunities at the intersection of process, people, products, information, the physical environment and services.
